82nd annual Muskrat, Wild Game Dinner set for Feb. 26

The Southeastern Michigan Conservation Club will host its 82nd annual Muskrat and Wild Game Dinner on Feb. 26.

The dinner will take place at 6 p.m. The chairman for the event is Kevin Wilmoth.

There will be an all-you-can-eat meal that includes pheasant soup, venison chili, jambalaya, muskrat prepared several ways, venison cabbage rolls, beaver stroganoff, squirrel, rabbit, duck, goose and more, board member Michael Frank said.

There will also be a door prize, raffles and cash bar. The door prize will be a wildlife print, and raffles will include a STIHL chainsaw, a ladder stand for deer hunting, cellular game cameras and many more outdoors-based prizes, including for shooting sports.
