Anthony N. Hurst, 14, of Turbot Township, Milton, passed away Wednesday, June 10, 2020, at his home.
Born Feb. 25, 2006, in Lewisburg, he was a son of Nelson E. Hurst and the late Brenda M. (Burkholder) Hurst.
Anthony enjoyed working with wood and making furniture. He was very skilled and was always a willing hand to anyone. He enjoyed hunting and trapping, and restored garden tractors.
He was a member of East District Mennonite Church, Watsontown.
In addition to his father, Nelson, he is survived by his brother, Nathan E. Hurst and his fiancé Morgan E., of Milton; three sisters, Christa Joy Hurst, Sonya Renee Hurst, both of Williamsport, and Bethanie Michelle Glick and her husband Anthony M., of Massillon, Ohio; maternal grandmother, Esther Souder, of Danville; and paternal grandmother, Mary K. Hurst, of Lewisburg.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Brenda Hurst; maternal grandfather, Ivan S. Burkholder, and paternal grandfather, David E. Hurst.
Family and friends are invited to a visitation from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m., Saturday, June 13 and 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Sunday, June 14, at East District Mennonite Church, 71 East District Road, Watsontown, where the funeral service will be held at 2:30 P.m.Sunday, June 14 with Pastor Tim Stoltzfus officiating.
Burial will follow in East District Mennonite Church Cemetery, Watsontown.
The family will provide flower, and recommend that contributions in his memory can be made to Newberry Christian Fellowship Truth Club, 2233 Linn St., Williamsport, PA 17701.
