The city has temporarily stopped its efforts to trap rumoured coyotes in the Riverside Park South area.

“Although there are signs that at least one coyote has been around (the specialized equipment installed by the city), no coyotes have been captured as of (Thursday) morning,” Roger Chapman, Ottawa’s director of bylaw and regulatory services, said in a statement.
