[Reprinted from original] The Natural Resources Board on Wednesday approved a public hearing on a path toward potential tightening of gray wolf hunting and trapping rules in Wisconsin. Though detailed language has yet to be drafted, the scope statement document presented by the Department of Natural Resources and advanced by the board said changes could include a prohibition on night hunting, shortening the required time frame for registering wolf kills and establishing zone-specific kill tags.
