Natural fur as a perfect example of a circular product
About this Event
Owning intrinsic characteristics of sustainability being long-lasting, renewable and biodegradable, natural fur is a perfect example of a circular product contributing to slow fashion. After the publication in March 2020 of the EU Circular Economy Action Plan which has identified textiles among the “key product value chains” and ahead of the adoption of an EU Strategy for Textiles in 2021, the event will seek to engage discussion on the policy priorities of the European fur sector for a circular, sustainable and responsible fur value chain also in light of the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic.
