1.) Find a youtube video to show you how but this is what I did:

a.) Dig Dandelions from root and take entire plant.
b.) Dry in oven on low or leave out.
c.) No roasting needed like in other tea.
d.) When dry crunch it up.

Yes above image is my actual tea from last weekend I made. Also, Don't use boiling water, use just hot water, something about killing some of the beneficial stuff if you use too hot of water.
