Yes footholds are illegal there and good to make a note: but she made no mention of the importance of trapping; thereby assuring the changing of the hearts and minds of the uneducated toward wrong-think. The least she could have done was to have presented the correct side (in addition) of conservation and the importance of wildlife management, regardless whether one can trap in that state.
